Learn how to cultivate a meditation practice that caters to your needs, passions, and lifestyle. We will draw from techniques that span Buddhist Meditation, Chakra Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Mantra, and Breath-work.
Personal Vinyasa Class
Whether you are new to yoga or looking to form a deeper understanding of your personal practice, this class will strengthen the foundation of your Vinyasa practice so that you can go forth with more confidence and awareness. We will work at your own pace to improve technique, balance, and alignment.
Personal Restorative Class
Return to the earth as you embrace the restorative benefits of yoga. Learn how to tap into your parasympathetic nervous system as you hold poses designed to relax your mind and body. This session will also help you understand which props and modifications work best for your body in order to tap into the fullest healing potential of each pose.
