I have been practicing yoga for 20 years with a focus in music meditation and restorative breath-work. As a technical product manager and singer-songwriter, yoga is integral to how I live a healthy, intentional life, and it has profoundly shaped my teaching practice. I completed my 200-hour teacher training at One Point One Yoga in 2020 and have taught at studios across New York City and Brooklyn. I currently teach at the beautiful studio, Yoga Space. My classes feature fluid, intentional sequences grounded in a peak pose, chakra, mantra, or muscle group, with accessible modifications for all levels.
